- 2: What forms of payment do you accept?
- We can accept American Express, Mastercard or
Visa cards. We do not accept COD orders.
- 3: Can we establish a line of credit for our
company?
- If you are a D&B rated company, we may be able
to set up a line of credit for your company. We would, however,
need a completed credit application form in order to be able to
process your request for a credit.
- 4: Would you be able to honor our tax-exempt
status?
- If the sale qualifies for tax exemption and we
have your tax exemption certificate in hand prior to shipment, we
will honor your tax-exempt status.

Our minimum order value is $300.
- 7: What markets do you service?
- We have seven distribution centers conveniently
located on the east coast covering Maine to Florida. While we can
ship and service customers anywhere in the continental U.S. and
Canada, freight considerations make us a viable option east of the
Rockies.
- 8: What is your standard lead time?
- All standard items are generally in stock and
can be shipped out within 72 hours.
- 9: Can I get a sample?
- Yes. We can express ship a sample to you for your
inspection and review. There will be a $25 credit card charge for
this service. This charge will be credited to your first shipment
of over $300.

Box Performance:
- 13: When would you recommend I use a 15" vs.
a 24" box?
- When selecting a box, keep in mind your end use
and who has to handle the packed-out box. If you want to store an
entire file drawer in one box, then the 24" is what you are looking
for. However, if you want a box that is safer and easier to handle,
then you would prefer the shorter 15" version. Keep in mind - A
fully packed 15" box will weigh about 35 pounds and a fully
packed 24" box might weigh in excess of 60 pounds.

repeated handling?
- All of our styles have been designed to specifically
withstand repeated use.
- 15: How high can I stack these boxes?
- All of our boxes can be stacked up to 4-high.
- 16: If ease of set-up is my primary concern,
which style would you recommend?
- All of our record storage boxes meet required
functionality specifications. However, we have found that our Jiffy
File Boxes are most popular with users who are looking for a box
that is easy to set-up.
- 17: How much would a letter/legal box typically
weigh?
- While the contents of each box will vary, a fully
loaded letter/legal box would typically weigh between 30 to 40 lbs.
Returns:

All returns must be arranged in advance. Please call us at: 717-653-8490 to arrange a return. We cannot accept delivery of undocumented returns.
Shipping & handling fees cannot be reimbursed. In addition, there will be a 15% restocking charge for returned items plus the cost of the return
freight. We also cannot credit or reimburse sales tax once you have been invoiced.
